2. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the qualified-lead volume and quality stated in your plan. If we fall short in a billing period, we continue working at no additional charge until the committed volume is met, and we replace any lead that does not meet the agreed qualification standard. We do not guarantee that you will close any particular deal, as closing depends on your own follow-up, offers, and negotiation.

3. Free Resources

Resources provided through our library are offered for free, for your own use, and as-is. They are educational and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Contract templates should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use.

4. Telephone Consumer Protection (TCPA) Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Ring and Rise regarding our services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our resources for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property
